Nach vielen Jahren mit guten Erfahrungen mit der ALF Banco Software, habe ich die Family Version von ALF-VVW erworben. Ein wichtiger Punkt war f\u00fcr mich die M\u00f6glichkeit, Dokumente zu den Vertr\u00e4gen direkt einzuscannen. Mein CANON Scanner funktioniert mit dem TWAIN SCANGEAR Treiber f\u00fcr diverse Anwendungen ohne Probleme. Die ALF-VVW Software schafft es nicht, das Scan Ergebnis zu erkennen und h\u00e4ngt sich auf. Sehr entt\u00e4uscht hat mich der zust\u00e4ndige Support, der mich mit der Aussage abb\u00fcgelt, das muss ein Problem des Treibers sein. Das war ich bisher von ALF nicht gewohnt und steht im krassen Gegensatz zu dem was bisher f\u00fcr die Banking Software an guter Unterst\u00fctzung geleistet wurde. Schade f\u00fcr dieses neue gute Projekt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antwort von ALF:<\/strong> Sehr geehrter Herr Trog, wir bedauern dass bei Ihnen der Treiber ihres Scanners nicht korrekt funktioniert. Leider haben wir auf die Installation des Treibers keinerlei Einfluss, wir k\u00f6nnen nur auf das Ergebnis reagieren. Unsere Entwickler nutzen ebenfalls einen Canon Scanner mit genau diesem Scangear-Treiber problemlos.
